Movie producers and marketers have finally lifted the ban which they placed on Nigerian A list actress, Mercy Johnson-Okojie for being 'too expensive'.
This was made known by the Film and Video Producers and Marketers Association of Nigeria, FVPMAN’s spokesman, Mr. Norbert Ajaegbu.
He said, "The disagreement between producers/marketers and Mercy Johnson finally ends following the FVPMAN’s national working committee meeting, held on Sunday, March 9, 2014. Mercy having diligently concluded all the jobs in dispute leaves us with no choice than to accept her apology."
Norbert who described Mercy as someone with a wonderful personality added that "Any insistence on penalizing her, will then infer prejudice.
He said their members have been directed to resume all the previous existing relationship with her as she has fully resumed all location activities without interruption, while also adding that they hope the circumstances such as the very one that caused the last disagreement will not repeat itself.
According to report, Mercy has gotten not less than twelve scripts in the past one week since her resumption to work.
