Lady Gaga managed to turn heads once again with her eccentric costume. Gaga showed a generous view of bare skin in a white leather dress that featured mesh detail in front and gaping sides to the waist. Coupled with a white wig that trailed down her back to her ankles in a ponytail in the bone-chilling 30 degrees F, that's minus 1 in celcius.
I can't stop LOL!!, she must be freezing to death ...
