I got The Worst Insult Of My Life Because I Was Jogging While Pregnant

During my pregnancy days, i never jogged for once but i engaged myself in some physical exercises like Walking and Swimming..
Recently a British woman got the worst insult of her life from people because she is 6 months old pregnant and was seen in the park doing some serious jogging..
Do you see anything wrong with her actions? Share with us!

  1. I've never been pregnant, but I don't really see any harm in jogging while pregnant. Isn't it best to stay healthy and fit during pregnancy?

  2. I hope nothing happens to the unborn child. For me i think is a bit risky.

  4. I think that it is to be discussed with the mother and her doctor. If she has always been a serious runner then it might be something she can continue well into her pregnancy. Her child is in a really well protected well. Jiggly? Yeah. Harmful...most likely not.

  5. I think it's fine to jog while pregnant as long as the woman's doctor is aware of it and she knows what she needs to do to stay safe. I've heard as long as you were doing an activity before you were pregnant it should be fine while you are pregnant as long as modifications are made as needed. Pregnancy is not a disease.

  7. dont see anything wrong in jogging during pregnancy the only thing that is wrong is jogging at the early stage, i prefer to jogg when its 2weeks to labour, would prefer a slow jogging, it stimulates labour. trust me it helps am a mother of two big grown up boys so i have been there. lol

  8. If she has always been a jogger she can continue to jog during her pregnancy. We should learn to mind our own business. Women are so nasty to each other.

  9. As long as she has clearance from her doctor, then that should be fine. Pregnant women do need exercise too, as long as it doesn't jeopardize the baby's health-and hers- in any way.

  10. I am not knowledgeable on this. If it will do no harm I see nothing wrong. Take care and have a good week May.

  11. Sometimes I think women get comments like this because others are jealous of them. I would not have jogged with my daughter when I was 6 months pregnant because I was not jogging regularly before getting pregnant. I think as long as the mother was doing this before pregnancy, has spoken about it with her doctor or midwife and is cleared to jog, it's fine.

  14. First love your blog :). Now when I was six months pregnant running was the last thing I would have wanted to do. I walked, exercised things of that nature. But to run what that much front loaded it can not be comfortable or easy. Anyways it really depends on what a doctors says. Have a wonderful day

  17. Exercise/jogging etc during pregnancy is completely healthy as long as you are healthy and not having any complications.
