Review-Cardio Workout To Burn Fat..

This review is for Cardio workout to burn fat created by Rumi a certified personal trainer who helps by sharing her workout routine online in order to help people burn out excess fat right inside their sitting room. You can know more about her with this link women-workout-routines . So below is my review on how i found her Cardio workout.
In order to be successful in achieving your ideal weight you really need to involve yourself in Cardio workout routine (one of the secrets of burning out fat). No amount of dieting can help you in burning out fat if you intend loosing weight. Dieting and Workout routine are two different things, you need to workout and then apply dieting, but a lot of people apply dieting and forget workout exercises. If you apply that you find out that you don't get the result you wish to.
This is a workout that targets burning fat by doing short Cardio intervals mixed with strength exercises. The workout targets full body and you get the same time aerobic workout and full body workout.
I love her workout routines because is something i can do daily,  is just 36 mins  long and still get the satisfaction i want.
So don't be left out, visit her site and download some of her videos and kick those stubborn fats off. If  you stick to her rules honestly just a week you will start seeing your new you.

  3. So even if I diet, I wont still be fit? Exercise is so hard, difficult and painful. I work out once in a while when I feel its absolutely necessary. Anyways, let me try again. I just might enjoy it after being encouraged by u. Thanks.

  5. Great post. I like exercises that work out everything. You should try kettle bells, they are really good at working all muscle groups (as long as you do it right since it's easy to get hurt is body posture isn't right) and a work out will take only 5 minutes. I personally use 46lb one, but it's hay to heavy for women who are just starting.

Here from the Friday Blog Hop btw
